DOUBLE HARMONIC (a chamber opera) is part of the "Vanda Chan Archive" included in the exhibition Rooms to Live: So the Red Rose - Trout House Replica.

Trout House Replica recreates the interior of the Los Angeles house where Captain Beefheart and The Magic Band wrote and rehearsed their seminal 1969 album Trout Mask Replica. So the Red Rose features a large, boat-like structure reinventing Vanda Chan's fictitious marooned houseboat ‘Arcadia'.

“Music for Trees”

Root to Sky (Music for Trees) by Sam Genovese is composed of 13 tracks — 12 of which are field recordings. The microphones used include binaural microphones and a very sensitive contact microphone called a geofone that can measure seismic activity.
